New Thule Verse Platform Hitch Bike Carrier Offers Greater Versatility

Thule Verse sets the new standard for safety, durability and ease of use for hitch-mounted platform bike carriers. Developed from the T2 line, the redesigned Verse has a greater range of bike fits, easier-to-use features and more capacity.

Verse has a patented outboard release handle, providing easy hand-activated tilting for rear cargo access with or without mounted bikes. The release handle also allows the rack to quickly tilt up and stow vertically when not in use. This reduces the amount of space it occupies behind the vehicle.

Verse provides superior bike protection and security with an independent single attachment arm. This secures the bike by safely clamping down on the front wheel, eliminating frame contact and securing it quickly. It offers 11.4 inches of space between bike positions and independent on-the-fly tray adjustments for the wheels. A new soft-touch attachment arm has increased fork clearance.

More Capacity, Versatility

Verse offers improved carrying capacity and versatility. It accommodates wheelbases ranging from 34-53 inches and larger tire sizes up to 5 inches. Each bike tray can carry bikes up to 60 pounds and accepts the Thule foldable loading ramp for heavier e-bikes. With the included 12 mm, theft-deterrent locking cable, security is offered when you’re away from your vehicle, too.

Verse, like all Thule carriers, is designed around a full line of purpose-built accessories. The Verse bike repair holder provides a perfect solution for repairs, keeping you on the trails as long as possible. The lights and license plate kit attach directly to the rack and connects to the vehicle’s trailer light hookup.
