The FWD VIA has a 4mm low-drop design, combining comfort with an elevated running experience. It features its new Altra EGO FLO midsole—a lighter, more responsive midsole compound compared to previous iterations. EGO FLO foam provides a softer, more cushioned feel while offering responsiveness runners need for efficient strides.
