Hunter Nails cruised to a 5-minute win in the Bridge Street Town Centre Half Marathon on April 10 in Huntsville.
Nails, of Huntsville, has been on a tear this season. He won the Rocket City 10-Miler in record time, and crushed the Bridge Street course. Nails finished in 1:09:38 on the flat course that winds through Bridge Street Town Centre and Cummings Research Park.
Adam Wallenfelz of Madison was second in 1:14.02. Cody Goodwin of Nashville was third in 1:15.32.
Savannah McIntosh of Madison, Miss., was first female (15th overall) in 1:15.23. Angel Mobley of Huntsville was second female (26th) in 1:29.02 and Julia Donovan of Huntsville was third (35th) in 1:32.01.
