Runners made multiple laps on the USATF-certified 1.00 mile path in Delano Park. The unpaved course is partially shaded by trees and has an elevation of less than 15 feet per lap. Cloudy skies with a little mist and nice temps greeted runners at the start but moved on during the day. Many use the event as a fun long-run training day for upcoming endurance events. The races are put on by the River City Runners.
