Fly fishers in the Tennessee Valley soon will have the chance to meet with other anglers to mingle and watch some of the best fly fishing films in the world.
The 16th annual Fly Fishing Film Tour is a traveling roadshow of the best fly fishing films submitted and selected to bring some of the best content to the big screen. According to flyfilmtour.com, the F3T aims to create community, inspire, encourage and support conservation efforts worldwide.
The 2022 lineup features locations including Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Costa Rica, Maryland, Belize, Australia, Colombia, Colombia, and beyond. Expect to see the incredible energy of a cicada hatch in action, follow a legendary spearfisherman across the endless atolls of Belize, watch as a mother passes her passion for fishing down to the next generation, and explore the history of one of the most legendary tarpon fisheries in the world at Casa Mar.
Local F3T stops include Knoxville on March 25 hosted by 3 Rivers Angler, Chattanooga on April 2 hosted by The Hatch Outfitters and Birmingham on April 23 hosted by Deep South Outfitters.
