Light on Yoga Fitness has partnered with local businesses to provide free classes at many favorite studios and community areas during Huntsville Yoga Week.
From May 6-12, North Alabamians will be able to join their favorite instructors for all levels classes. The classes are open to anyone to join.
Classes will be held at Botanical Garden, the Orion Amphitheater, Stovehouse, Campus 805, Ditto Landing, Lowe Mill, MidCity District, Big Spring Park, Back Forty Beer Company, Constitution Park and the Huntsville City FC stadium. An additional pop-up class is May 18 at Toyota Field in Madison.
“Huntsville Yoga Week was created with North Alabama’s growing yoga community at the forefront,” said Connor Humphrey, co-owner of Light On Yoga Fitness. “We believe yoga is a practice for anyone and everyone. This will be a week filled with good company, great classes and amazing venues.”
Community partners include Renew Medical Spa, Restoring Bodies Fitness & Nutrition Services, Pure Barre Huntsville, The Fitz Pilates, Best Life Wellness, Grow Yoga, Hello Lovely Esthetics, Hot Yoga Huntsville, The Balanced Life, Allied Printing, Ship Huntsville, Women 4 Women, Squeeze Massage, Apparel Lab, Hound & Harvest, Magnolia Neuro Rehab, Glo + Co, Martinson and Beason.
