The new Kingbull Ranger is a long-range, dual-suspension fat-tire electric bike designed to deliver high power, extended mileage, and everyday versatility at an accessible price point.
Launching in the $700 range, the Ranger expands the Kingbull lineup with a model for value-conscious riders who do not want to compromise on torque, comfort or range. The Ranger has a reinforced carbon steel (alloy) frame engineered for durability and load-bearing performance. It weighs 86 pounds and supports a maximum payload of 350 pounds. The Ranger can accommodate a variety of riders while maintaining structural stability under daily commuting and recreational use.
Power or Pedal
At its core, the Ranger features a 750W rear hub motor with 1500W peak output, generating up to 80Nm of torque. This configuration allows for strong acceleration from a standstill and confident hill climbing, including gradients approaching 30 degrees under appropriate conditions. Riders can engage power through a twist throttle for direct, motorcycle-style response or select pedal assist for a more traditional riding feel.
The Ranger’s battery system supports a range of up to 80 miles per charge in optimal conditions. This places it competitively within the long-range category. This extended capability makes it suitable not only for daily commutes but also for weekend exploration and mixed-terrain riding without frequent recharging.
Ride quality is a key focus of the Ranger’s design. The Dual Shock Absorption System integrates a suspension front fork with a spring rear shock absorber, enhancing stability and vibration control across uneven pavement, gravel paths, and light off-road terrain. Combined with CST BFT fat tires, the setup improves traction and shock mitigation while reinforcing the bike’s all-terrain positioning.
Disc Brakes
Braking performance is handled by hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors, delivering consistent stopping power and controlled deceleration under varied riding conditions. The drivetrain is equipped with a Shimano 7-speed gear system, allowing riders to adjust cadence efficiently, whether navigating city streets or moderate inclines.
A centrally mounted 3.5-inch display provides real-time riding data, including speed, battery level, and assist mode selection. For added convenience, the Ranger arrives 85% pre-assembled, streamlining setup and reducing time from first to first ride.
The Ranger adopts a bold, retro motorcycle-style aesthetic while maintaining the proportions and geometry suited for practical urban mobility. The Ranger enters the market in the $700 price range.
