The new Service Grava is Quintana Roo’s first gravel bike, delivering performance and leading-edge technology on a chassis that takes riders confidently and capably onto any surface.
The genesis of the Service Grava came from Quintana Roo athletes and media partners suggesting demand for a bike that would take triathletes to new places. The Service Grava leans on decades of frame-building knowledge. The Service Grava is faster, lighter, and more aero than the gravel category expects.
Made for Speed
Tire clearance is at the center of the Service Grava, with the ability to run tires of any size up to the widest gravel and MTB tires. The Service Grava can clear upwards of 56mm for standard gravel tires and is fully compatible with 2.2-inch mountain bike tires front and rear. More clearance means more options: optimize the tire to the terrain, the event or the conditions, while maintaining room for mud and debris to clear.
Quintana Roo’s ultra-wide stance carbon fork has a widened profile promotes clean airflow between the fork blades and the front wheel. This channels air smoothly over the aero-shaped downtube behind it.
Fast and Light
The Service Grava’s carbon construction draws on the same advanced layup techniques as Quintana Roo’s championship-winning triathlon and road race bikes. At 931 grams (size M), the frame is light enough to climb and fast enough to race. But it still retains the durability that off-road riding demands.
Handling geometry is tuned specifically for speed on loose surfaces. Increased reach improves stability at high speeds and on rough descents. A restrained head angle and progressive fork rake preserve the agility needed for instant line changes and precise cornering. The Service Grava holds its line when you need it to and responds instantly when you don’t.
Refined but Proven
Every Quintana Roo bike is a reflection of the athlete who rides it. The Service Grava offers a full palette of color customization and a spec built exclusively from premium components.
A UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) ensures easy field replacements and full compatibility with the latest drivetrains, including full-mount derailleurs. A threaded T47 bottom bracket delivers stiffness where it counts and makes maintenance straightforward for any home mechanic. It has additional bottle cage mounts throughout the frame including three positions inside the main triangle. Those, and accessory mounts on the top tube and underside of the downtube, give riders the carrying capacity to take on ultra-endurance events and all-day adventures.
Four Sizes
The Service Grava is fully customizable and available shipped directly to the rider. Riders can choose from select premium components including drivetrains from Shimano and SRAM, wheels from DT Swiss and Industry Nine, power meter options and more. Each Service Grava is painted, assembled to be ready to ride out of the box and shipped worldwide from Quintana Roo’s headquarters in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Service Grava is available in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. Builds start at $4,549 with Shimano GRX 820 1X 12-speed components and a DT Swiss G1800 Spline 25 DB wheelset.
