If you’re looking for a fun Turkey Trot 5K this year in the Tennessee Valley, have no fear. You’ve come to the right place!

We’ve compiled Turkey Trot 5K events from Knoxville to Paducah. A few others may be listed, as well. Please note the dates of the events, as not all are on Thanksgiving morning.

Fort Payne Turkey Trot 5K

NOV. 19, in Fort Payne — This event benefits Family Services of North Alabama, which serves six counties. The trot includes awards, individual and team options. INFO: Click here

Crisis Services 30th Turkey Trot 5K

NOV. 23, in Huntsville — This is the 30th annual Turkey Trot 5K hosted by Crisis Services of North Alabama, with help from Fleet Feet and Huntsville Track Club. It’s the biggest in the area, with lots of families and fun costumes. You’ll see speedsters and fun walkers. It’s kid-friendly, with a Tiny Tot Turkey Trot on the schedule. INFO: Click here

Theatre Turkey Trot

NOV. 23, in Huntsville — This 5K on the northern end of the Aldridge Creek Greenway is a fun, fast event. Prizes are from First Place Athletics. Check-in starts at 7 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning, and the race starts at 8 a.m. Proceeds will help support Around the Curtain Community Children’s Theatre, a 501c3 non-profit children’s theatre in Huntsville. Turkey Trot of Morgan County

NOV. 23, in Decatur — The 9th annual Turkey Trot of Morgan County is sponsored by 3M Decatur and includes a 5K, 5K + Crossfit Challenge and 1-mile fun run. It’s hosted by the River City Runners. This event benefits the United Way of Morgan County. INFO: Click here

Trax4Max Turkey Trot 5K

NOV. 23, in Florence — The annual Trax4Max Turkey Trot 5K is held in memory of Max Barnett and benefits the YMCA of the Shoals. It starts at First Baptist Church downtown. INFO: Click here

Hayden’s Hope Turkey Trot 5K

NOV. 23, in Fayetteville, Tenn. — This 5K consists of two laps on the cross country course at Lincoln County High School. The second lap will be slightly different. Event is not chip-timed. INFO: Click here

Cleveland’s Thanksgiving Day 5K

NOV. 23, in Cleveland, Tenn. — The 5K and 1-mile fun walk will be at Tinsley Park in Cleveland. Participants will get a Thanksgiving Day 5k beanie and classic sealed envelope! Take the sealed envelope to Terra Running Company between Nov. 24-26 for a Terra employee to open. Every envelope is a winner. You could win shoes, t-shirts, stickers, coffee, hats, and other items. Sportsbarn Turkey Trot 8K

NOV. 23, in Chattanooga — This is an 8K, and there also will be a 3-mile family walk/jog and a Kiddie-K event. This is hosted by the Chattanooga Track Club. INFO: Click here

Regal Knoxville Turkey Trot 5K

Nov. 23, in Knoxville — This 5K and kids run is hosted by the Knoxville Track Club to benefit Valley East Tennessee. Pre-run activities will be held at The Mill and Mine on West Depot. The Little Gobbler 1-mile run starts at 8 a.m. The 5K starts at 8:30 a.m., with the course routing along downtown and on the Henley and Gay street bridges. INFO: Click here
