Catching up on a handful of big events from the last few weeks, with our TVO Roundup dotted with races from the mountains to desert.
Is there really an “ultra season” anymore? With the proliferation of events from 5K to 100-plus milers, you can find something to do any time of the year. The local scene has one of its longtime classics this weekend, the Dizzy Fifties 50K, at Monte Sano State Park. Should be a fun event, as it kicks off the annual four-event Huntsville Slam series.
